How long before it runs?
A few days after the diagnostic for a focused automation, longer for an agent connected to several tools. The timeline is written in the quote.
What if nothing can be automated?
I tell you on the call, which is free. The diagnostic only starts if there is a real gain.
Does it plug into our current tools?
Yes, as long as they have an API, an export or an inbox: Gmail, Outlook, CRMs, spreadsheets, business software. We check it on the call.
Where is our data stored?
In your tools, as today. The AI (Claude, by Anthropic) processes requests without using them to train its models, and I document every data flow for your GDPR records.
Do we need a technical team?
No. I install, test and train the people who will use it. If you have a developer, they get the code and the documentation.
What if the prototype doesn’t convince me?
We stop there. You keep the prototype and the costed plan, with no commitment.
You work alone: what if you’re unavailable?
The code is in your repository from day one, with documentation: a developer can take over without me.
Do you work white-label for agencies?
Yes. You keep the client relationship; I build and document for your team. NDA available.
Payment terms?
Bank transfer or Stripe. 50% on signature, 50% on delivery. Above €5,000, three milestones are possible. Invoiced in EUR (USD on request).
