Fields marked with an asterisk are required to answer you; without them I cannot handle your request. No automated decision-making is used.
Recipients and processors
Only I read your data. It is never sold or rented. It passes through these providers:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting and cookieless analytics, covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Telegram — form content reaches me as a Telegram notification. Telegram Messenger Inc. is established outside the EU; per its privacy policy, data of accounts opened from the EEA is stored in the Netherlands.
- Google (Gmail) — to reply by email. Google LLC (USA) participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Calendly — if you book a slot, under Calendly's own policy.
- Stripe — if you pay online; I never see your card details.
Retention
- Prospects: 3 years from your last contact.
- Clients: duration of the relationship, then 5 years; accounting records and invoices: 10 years.
- Visit statistics: aggregated, no individual identification.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: email sacha.ruer@gmail.com, answer within one month. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).
